Hi all,

Thanks to all now I'm able to have my 'Aha' moment in understanding the equation and where the - and + are coming from. I'm stumped and amazed how simple things are once you apply some basic rules into it, wish all books are as simple as you guys have explained it to me . Will be posting more questions for sure
