A kit is a learning exercise that is optimised unless you prefer a schematic. A battery recycler has bought into the concept and put down a 20' shipping container to start scaling battery regeneration. Their yield is holding at about 30% right now, which is inside the bell curve. I just deployed another 8 port charger so they can maintain the initial regen'd batteries. They move around 10K auto batteries per month, so there is a lot of upside to their potential.
