LM117 voltage

The datasheet for the LM117 and LM317 shows how to simply calculate the resistor values.
The input voltage must be at least 2V higher than the output voltage so your max output will be 13V, not 15V.
Your circuit is missing the important input and output capacitors.
With an input of 15V and an output of 1.25V and a current of 1.5A then the LM117 will be extremely hot (20.6W) and might shut down.

ok, but what are the values of resistances to my circuit? this is my problem, can not seem to calculate .. with the formula: \

Not sure where you problem lies, but the nominal value for R1 is given as 240R

You should be able to continue from there ... 2k7for R2 gives around 15.3V

All in the Datasheets ..
