Hi,

I analyzed this circuit and reach the conclusion that OUT = A + B.
Is it correct?

Note:
The inputs are digital - either "0" or "1" - and so is the output.

To turn on the bottom device, A has to be HIGH. To turn on the top device, A has to be LOW.
Now work out the answer.
