Canadian Tire sells nice 12V 1.8W panel for $29 CDn (They often put it on sale for $10) which is what I paid for mine. **broken link removed**
Another nice cell are the WalMart 9 LED lawn lights about $15 with a 5.5V 80ma panel in a very hackable enclosure.
