Mackie SRM 150 Pre amp repair

I have a Mackie SRM150 powered PA speaker. Two surface mount voltage regulators on the preamp board have failed and the traces have lifted off the circuit board. Replacement circuit boards are no longer available. The power amp is working. I would like to put another pre amp into this unit. Wondering if someone could look at the schematic attached and explain how to add a simple mono preamp into this existing power amp? I only need one input as I am using this unit only as a personal stage monitor.

Just fix the traces with bare wire and replace the regulators.

Exactly, or if the OP has completely butchered the area around the regulators, then just build a little regulator board (using Veroboard or whatever) and wire it to the existing board. Far simpler, and much more effective, than trying to bodge a different lesser preamp in.
