a glove, made for two hands?! ... do you mean an ambidextrous glove, that could fit left or right, or do you mean the one glove will fit two hands, at the same time?
you'll want a fabric that's breathable, like cotton, or a syn-cotton blend ... problem with cotton is it can get dirty, and if you have electronics wired in it, no easy way to clean.
if you went with spandex / lycra / neoprene, you could clean the glove using a damp cloth and soap, but then you end up having it not breathable and the hand(s) will get sweaty
could go with a spandex or neoprene outer glove, that holds the switches, and a removable cotton or blended liner (sometimes called a jersey knit), so you can toss the liner in the wash when it gets fouled up.
