MOSFET test

The way the bottom pins loop together makes it look like a dual N/P MOSFET, used as a high side switch, try the datasheet for the DMC3016LSD which probably has the same connections (most of them seem to). Pin 3 is probably +ve power in (P - Source) and 5/6 are switched +ve out (P - Drain) - pins 7/8 are the N - Drain, and are connected to the P - Gate.
