need data sheet and/or replacement for SL100 transistor

how about the transistor model ? equivalent transistor to replace with SL-100 ? Hm... im from malaysia~ (ive write some information regarding my profile)

You can use any transistor like BC547B
at both locations
or even 2N23907
the collector current or relay current even if the transistor is shorted is not much

and 2n5551 would definitely work but the pin out is different.
