Need EVGA RTX 3070Ti schematics. Please help if you can.

Im trying to repair this GPU. Which is EVGA Nvidia Geforce RTX3070 Ti. Need schematics. Card shows no display got 3 red lights on, at power connectors, and only one fan spins out of 3. All fans been tested and are good. So they don't receive power from the board. If any body had similar issue please share your experience. Thank You.
