Need help connecting a spectrum analyzer to a breadboard

Plz have a look at this filter circuit. tell me why i have a gain of one. If i want to increase the gain how can i increase? by changing the values of R and C the gain is not changing.

The output which i want is not achieving I think it is because of the ceramic non polar capacitor? do i have to use a polar capacitor instead of non polar 100pF capacitor?

EDIT:
My circuit test is showing a 300kHz corner frequency as shown also in your test.

You will not be able to get any extra gain with that circuit.

Have you tested the circuit for stability.? The output is oscillating at about 32megHz.!
