Need Help with a PCB project ?

hi all

I do not know PCB design well at all but I try to do it with Eagle and I just
can not get it please can someone please help me and layout this out to PCB
can someone do it in eagle would be great or any one just need a board
I had a guy make the Relay device on eagle so I attached to files ...

This looks pretty simple. If you are just doing one. I would suggest that you could freehand work this easier than even making up a PCB.
