need help with final project

hello all, im needing help with my final school project.... i need ideas i have a couple of ideas but cant find any info, project number one is a christmas tree light for a drag strip, or what about a motorized bridge that opens and closes using leds for and switches anybody have any info on it, or suggestions..... plz thanks

You've got the basic ideas but need to expand on them. Ask yourself: How big would the tree light be? At what distance must it be visible? Is it for day or night viewing? Animated or static? Budget limit? Skills needed to build it? ....and so on. Then come back to the forum with more detailed proposals and we can proceed.
