Need web camera with good video resolution

Hi..
I need a good webcam for my project..
Its for image processing, I need to record a good quality video and then grab frames from it..

specifications are like,
Video res: min 640x480 with 15-30 fps

can anyone suggest the price range for which i can get such a webcam, if possible please suggest some brand names..

From what I gather, you are asking for the standard. I personally have not encountered any that have less specifications than you're looking for.
Example;

"Max static resolution: 6400 X 4800 pixels (30.0M, need 2GB RAM)
Video mode: 24 bit true color
S/N ratio:48dB
Lens focus: 3 cm to infinity
Frame rate: 30F/s"

That's from one I looked at on eBay going for £1.00, Buy it now.
