Needed HM2007 kit...for voice recognition

My location is Tamilnadu ,India......can you suggest me a place where i can get the kit easily...........and help me with the price....

me to dng a project in hm 2007... it recognizes only the programmed words know.. wil it recognizes and displays all the voices or only the english slang...and wat u making by recognizing... we making it display by interfacing wit lcd.. so can be used by deaf and dumb.. plz tel any interesting application wher it can be used... plzz urgent... then for ic means am dng at a center in chennai , adyar..
