negative edge triggered counter

could you be kind enough to give me the names of few common ICs used for making negative edge triggered counters.

any with an inverter on the clk input

if you don't find an IC with an inverter built in find one you can just invert the clock on another IC. that could potential skew the clock though due to the added propogation delay - just keep that in mind.
