Yes, it's the kanji for 'Jitsu', it means 'art', 'way', 'technique', that sort of thing.

I think that:
Ju = related to the Confucianism doctrine
Jutsu = technique

But the "related" word Jitsu, not Jutsu, means truth, authenticity, and is directly related to Jutsu...
This explanation came from my Sensei, long time ago :wink:
