noob question..How to connect ground of amplifier???

what do you mean? Which caps are wrong way, and how are the rectifiers wrong aswell?
Sorry this is my first practical AC to DC conversion aswell first time im dealing with ground.
Even if you just circle the components which are wrong

much appreciated thanks
 
was it the labelling of -Vee and +Vcc, yeah that was an error sorry.
Below is fixed schematic, anything eles wrong?

also what do you believe to be the problem relating to the following events...;

I turn on the amplifier sometimes and 1 channel is playing music fine the other is just producing a hum, after about a minute or so the humming stops then music begins to play??
 
Only that the labels are the wrong way round (+35V and -35V).

Your problem may be due to the layout you've used?, or could be that the chip has been damaged?.
