Noobie questions, how to make solar fan help!

I'm very new to electronics, so don't mind if my questions are dumb

I want to build a Solar powered fan. Ive been looking at trying to power a 1 or 2 computer fans.

Ive been looking at fans on ebay and they say
-DC 12V 0.20A or DC 12V / 0.09A or somthing along those lines

Can someone give me an example of what kind of solar panel i should be looking for, how much im expecting to pay, and where i would be able to find it.

Any help at all would be awsome, and if you could keep your answers as simplified as possible to :)

that circuit will drive a small DC motor i am sure it'll never be able to drive a computer fan. so driving small dc motors is more practical..
 
Given the specification you've supplied, (12V / 0.2A), you would require at least a 2.4W solar cell.
