Operating voltage for Rws 434 Tx snd Rx

Hi friends in am building up an rf transmitter and receiver circuit ht640and ht648l


i m using 12v battery for the circuit but can i use rws 434 rx at 12 v supply ??? if no which resistor should i use to limit the supply please help ........

how much volt does it require for proper reception and transmission ????

Have you read the data sheet

Have a look here:

The transmitter is rated to 12v maximum.
The receiver is rated at 5v, connecting it to 12 v will probably damage it.

You dont need a resistor to reduce the voltage you need a voltahe regulator.
I suggest that a 78L05 would be ideal.

dear sir i hav read the data sheet but i m confused abt the reciever ill try connecting the regulator and ill reply back to you.

sir i hav connected 78l05 to the circuit and its giving 4 - 5 v output but still the circuit is not working i have used the following link to build the circuit but still its not working how shal i test the circuit

4 to 5 volts output from the 78L05?
A rather imprecise measurement!
Is the voltage varying?
What are you using to measure it?

its giving 4v at the out put is it sufficient ????

i have used the following circuit for the regulator.

How to build a +5V regulator using 78L05 / 7805 – Dedication to DIY and programming

and i m applying 5 v to the transmiter..

No, 4v is not sufficient.

Read the data sheet, for the receiver the minimum voltage is 4.5v, you have 4v.
How do you expect it to work correctly?

If the outout of the 78L05 is only 4 volts, something is wrong:

1/ It is faulty.
2/ It is connected the wrong way round. (Which will probably result in 1/ )
3/ There is insufficient voltage on the input.
4/ Something is taking too much current from it.

i hav connected 2 capacitors 10 uf and 100uf in parellel with it. is it ok??

what if i connect the data out of the encoder to the data in of the decoder will it work with the same circuit or i have 2 do any modifications

sir the 78l05 was faulty i hav checked it..

i connected another regulator but it was givin 5v initially but laterr it was blown of heat.. y did this happened???

sir i have sum problem with rws434 module its +ve and -ve points are short is it faulty???/

sir can i built a circut which can recieve the transmitted data from tws434??

if yes can you provide me the ckt diag and the component list
