Oscilloscopes in india

Hi,
Anybody from india here knows where i can get cheap and reliable(i mean it) oscilloscopes in bangalore, india ? It should measure frequensies upto 10Mhz (20 will be better).
By cheap i mean anything within Rs 10k !

perhaps you may have to spend upto 22000, for a TFT Digital storage type. chinese make and sold at mumbai. and other places too.
if you need Indian, perhaps you have to look for APLAB, and scientific mestech
you might google or try justdial

Thanks for the reply ! Am afraid that wasn't helpful I have come across people selling oscilloscopes in bangalore for as cheap as 10k for a 10 MHZ scope. They say its sold by scientech: www.scientechworld.com . Iam not sure how reliable they would be. All the labs you mention am sure they dont manufacture those scopes in india, they just import it from china and then market it or sell it directly. i.e label it indian. Even this scientech i mentioned does the same. So i wasn't sure about their reliability.
