Eagle is awsome, before that I used to use Target 3001, But I still do, since it has a 3D Function for PCB boards . It took some getting used to (the controls are similar to multisim), but the Icons are small. Once I mastered it, I began to make PCBs.
I used a laser printer and photo paper. Best and Cheapest Method Ive found that works.
