when I put it connected with the plug it lights up only after more then 1 min
Only the demo-mode is working (perfect pictures and sound) and also Netwfix-app is working and proves that the LED and backlight are ok
But the souce-inputs and the home-menu is giving black-screen (not responding)
-> anyone knows what could be the problem ?

some extra info + photo's :
* when I connect it with the plug the orange led-light in the button (on the bottom) lights up only after more then 1 min some times even more then 5min !
* screen and LED's and sound seem to be ok -> on demo-mode and when watching NetFlix !
* the HOME or SOURCE buttons are no more responding giving only black screen !
-> can this be an issue on the mainboard : 715G9907-M01-B00-005K ?
where can I buy it ?

Well Philips have never had a good reputation, and sold the Philips name off years ago, this appears to be a TP Vision set - just a cheap make with a Philips label (but probably better than the Philips made sets were?).

Hey, I had a similar issue with my TV where it wouldn’t switch out of demo mode, and the source inputs stayed blank. What worked for me was unplugging the TV for about 5 minutes and then plugging it back in. Sometimes, holding down certain buttons on the remote while turning it on can also help exit demo mode. If that doesn’t fix it, it might be worth checking for a firmware update or contacting support.
