No, that won't work. GP3 is also MCLR but can be configured as an input. It cannot be an output and so you should use GP 0, 1, 2 & 4.

If you look in the data sheet you will find the attached diagram. Note how all the GP pins have arrows both ways except GP3 which only has an arrow in. So, yes, GP5 can be an output.

Edit, your diagram should work now. However, why not use a bigger chip (16F628a) and drive the display direct.
