please help newibe student here

i am a student
i want to design a circuit

it has to have a touch sensor
that when there is no touch or hold on it, a voltage will be produced to drive an electrical 12vdc motor forward (positively),....but only for a few seconds about 3 or 2secs then stop
...and again when the sensor is touched or hold again permanently it will produce voltage to drive the electrical motor backward (negatively) for an equal time...

please help me in my project... i want a circuit diagram. Cost of the electronic circuit or components dosen't matter at all...

Check out the QT112 touch sensor, availble from DigiKey.

Why don't you go to Digikey's site where you can see how many are in stock and its price. You can also look at a link to its datasheet there.
