i need a replacemnet of transistor npn SL100 which appears in circut diagram ( T1,T2).
please ineed fast help and if any body can support a full report of this circuit i'LL be thankfull .

Well, googling got me this:

Just click 'datasheet' and it'll pop up with the Specs of several transistors including the SL100. Seems to me to be fairly generic. They look to be 'medium' power transistors, frequency of 100Mhz (wouldn't worry aobut that) but will a fairly high current of about 0.5A. Rather than search for a specific replacement, just use what you have. As long as its NPN, and medium power, it'll work in that schem...nothing 'transistor specific' being used there.

It doesn't matter the 2N2222A, BC548, BC337 etc. will do fine.
