Power Amplifier RF5110G

Hi ALL RF gurus,

I am also trying to achieve the range of 10km with CC430F6137 using a Power Amplifier , but i am not sure which PA to use and how .

please see the attached picture and guide me if this is how i should connect the PA .

or let me know if there is website or tutorial that can help determine how to choose passive components for this circuit .

This PA is RF5110G from RFMD.

I would consider other alternatives other than RF5110G as well
