I'm looking for something not cheaply assembled, good parts, good amps, over current protection, etc. I'm also not looking to spend a fortune. I'll probably gonna need 400W or over. Any of yall have a cheap PSU with good parts/pcb that you could suggest? I have an old 600W dual fan cheapy that i bought for $25, but it's starting to give me problems with reboots, i'm guessing it's my 12V rail dropping down to 11.20-11.80 volts when under loads.

Quantify "not spend a fortune".. there are far too many options available to give you a good suggestion. With what you describe, you are only interested in an ATX PC power supply?
