Proteus power and ground pin

Hello, I want to connect a PNP transistor to powering an IC 4017, but power and ground pin are hidden.
How to connect it in PCB design? Thanks for responsing.

Right click the 4017... Select "hidden pins".. Change VDD to temp power.. Then place a connector on the collector of Q1 and name it "temp power"

That should do it..
