Hi Guys.
I´m not a electronic expert but I have some small knolege from university classes.

In trying to build a timer...
My ideia is to use a digital watch to activate another device.

I will explain my goal better...
My ideia was to substitute the alarm bepper on the watch by a switch that would control the other device, so when the watch reach the alarm time turns the other device on.

This is to build an automatic feeder for my cats... the mechanism of the feeder I can do, but ussing a simple watch to active that i dont know.
The 2 devices work at very diferent voltage... I think thats a problem...

If you could help I would be thankfull

Cheers

Use a clock, not a watch. The clock will have a buzzer that operates on line voltage. You just substitute your mechanism for the buzzer.

Hi Russlk! First of all, Thank you very much for trying to help me.

When you say a clock you mean a alarm clock? one of those to put at bedside? thanks
