RGB LED relay question for series / parallel

I don't know if my picture updated. (I refreshed) I can see the relay is connected to ground on one end and to a collector on the other end. In you first post the relay connects to +5 and the diode points at +5.
 
Looks good does it work? Back to looking if the collector changes form 5V to 0.3V when the base is 0v and 0.7V (1k or 560 to +5v)
I need to be awake in 7 hours. Good night.
