As I’m a complete novice, I would very much appreciate any assistance in creating a sequential led circuit. I have searched the web looking for a schematic, only to find a 12v circuit for brake /turning light for a vehicle. I can follow schematics and assemble, but have no idea what to get and where to connect. The circuit would have to use 9v or less, turn on 8 leds in sequence, running in one direction leaving each on as it progresses and once all are on, remain on until the power is turned off. :confused:Thanks

Hi Nesgodas,

Here's one, have much fun !
Use low current leds.

The one with the CD4015 ICs has a current in the LEDs that is low. It might look good on a toy car in the dark. You might not see the LEDs in the daytime.
