If you take it down prior to getting an answer you will not get one.

It is a risk you have to take (or not). I do not think anyone here is interested in helping you using PM. Most often it is a team effort anyway.

yeap i understand that its a risk and it is team effort..

Do u have any comment about the schematic sor far?
thnx

I do not recall a PIC with that number.

Are there VSS and VDD connections to the PIC ?

There is an unmarked 8 pin chp that looks like a driver or level shifter. Most often I2C does not use one. Keep in mind the SDA line can be driven by either the master or the slave. That would be a problem here.

I do not see an ICSP connector. Don't leave home without one :)

Its a microcontroller

the unmarked 8 pin chip is the I2C bus buffer.

I didnt understand the highlited text..

Thanx alot for ur comments and help so far.

OK I see it is a NPX uC.

OK if specificaly designed for I2C. Put the part
number on it. But it is only needed for long distances.

I didnt understand the highlited text..
If the buffer is sold as an I2C buffer ignore it.

Thanx alot for ur comments and help so far.

Good luck.
