I need an op-amp that is active even after 100KHz(in frequency Vs Vom-maximum peak output voltage graph), I need output voltage between the range of 100 to 200khz. Please see the atached figure. presently i am using TL082, but its inefficient. Please suggest me suitable op-amp(preferably like TL082, same pin configuration). This is because I have already made PCB using TLO82 op-amp.
Thanks and Regards
Pratap

hi,
What output voltage swing do you require at 200KHz?
I am assuming that its a sinewave.

Also the amplfication required?

Hello
Thnx for the response
yes, its sinewave,
and its a amplifier circuit(input is sine wave with 0.5V amplitude, 100 kHz)

hi,
A low cost device that you could look at is the CA3240 dual opa.

The datasheet indicates a gain of 20dB is possible at 400KHz, also the
output voltage swing is 10V at 300KHz with a +/-15V power supply.
A Gain Bandwidth Product [GBW] of 4.5MHz

Its a MOSFET device with same pinout as the JFET, TL082 opa

Download the datasheet from www.datasheetarchive.com

There are many opa's that will meet your requirements, also look at
www.analog.com for opa applications.

Thank you for the suggestion
Hope this IC serves my application
As you know, the input is 0.5V(peak-to-peak) 100 kHz sine wave
and I need 10V(peak-to-peak) 100 kHz sine wave at output
Once again thank you for valuble suggestion
I visited analog website, but i am sorry to say, i am unable to find them.
if u know any of them plz tell.
how to check the ics basing on our requirements?

Can you explain what you mean?

Do you mean, how to choose a opa to suit your application?
or is it a biassing question?

I think PratapKollu missed an " Apostrophe " in his last line.

It should be IC's which I believe.

Hi Gayan, hope your well.

Its not the apostrophe, its 'basing' I am unsure about.

respected eric
i mean that, if i need opa that has 10v p-p output voltage swing upto 300 khz range, how can i search for this criteria in analog.com website

thanks and regards

AD712J from analog devices is specifically made as an improvement to the TLO72 family of devices. 3MHz gain bandwidth, maintains good output voltage (20Vpk-pk) up to 600KHz on +/-15V supplies.

No it shouldn't, it should be ICs.

ICs is a plural, it doesn't require an apostrophe as it is neither possessive, nor an abbreviation.
