Does anyone have a tried and proven schematic for a mono amplifier using the TDA2040 or TDA2050? I have a few of these lying around and feel like tinkering.
hi guys i just finished soldering my 30watt audio amp that i got from Maplins. today now cut along story short, i think Ive fried the IC (TDA2050) on the PCB. and now i the amp does not power up i cant hear any thing coming out of it through my speaker. i had it running from my 12vdc pc PSU and ran through my sound from the sound card from pc as well. any ideas if u fink that im correcting in saying its the IC at fault just i cant really do much else now as i don't have a multi meters at hand . or do u fink it might be one of the capacitors can any one help please thanks bye
