Temperature

hai

I have ore problem in my program code.
When I switched on the heter temperature is increasing. am measuring the temperature using LM35.
In this case cooler should ON at 60 degree and it should OFF at 40-degree temperature.
Aim using relays for ON and OFF.
Please suggest me logic for this program.
