Tone Control For LM3886 Amp

I want to make a high quality Hi-fi stereo system with two LM3886 IC's by national semiconductors.

For the preamp part I'm going to use the below circuit.Is it ok?I need more bass as well.

Note that LM3886 supply voltage is dual supply +-38V.
For the below preamp I use single supply 15V.
