TP4056 Charger x4

Hello, I am building a 18650 charger, using 4 TP4056 module, and 4 red LED and 4 blue LED. Since the 4 TP4056 will be in some case, I added 4 red 3mm led for charging and 4 blue 3mm led for charge completed. Nothing to complexe.
Unfortunately I am having some problem with those external leds
I mean sometimes they blink sometime they dont, the red led seems to act better than the blue ones. I mean when for example 1 TP4056 is charging, red led is on (as supposed) but when charging is completed the blue led do not turn on.
I know that TP4056 is charging at a current of 1A so a good charger should be used. unfortunatly at my disposition, I only own phone charger, so 5v & 2A.
Also I know that, I can modify the charging current of TP4056 by charging the charging resistor (default 1.2k) which will decrease the charging current and increase the charging time = longer for the battery to be fully charged.
So here are some hypothesis:
Should I add resistor to the indicator led (red/blue) ??
should I change the charging resistor, to get more current left for the indicator led ??

Have you removed the existing LED's off the boards?.

I presume you're charging four entirely separate 18650's, that aren't connected together in any way?.

and yes, I removed the on-board leds (4 red & 4 blue) and solders 4 red & 4 blue external led.
but do not understand why the act so weird.
and yes, I charged them kind of separetly, I add 4 switch, to dont power 4 module, in case I just want to charge 2 18650 for example. but even when charging only 2 18650 bat. the red led are on, and when bat full, blue led which are supposed to kick on do not. but red led turn off. and it is not always, sometime yes, sometime it is not on (blue led).
And normally when there is no 18650 connected to TP4056, blue led should be one right, so no blue led one, some yes, and so no.
I check again and again the blue and red led separatly, and they are fine, but seems to me that the TP4056 can not supply them properly... and yes, before to start the build all 4 TP4056 were working fine, with their on-board led...
On so pic, you can see that switch is one, so led should be on, but not.

PS: I could not upload them in main post before they were too big...
And sorry for the schematic, I did it fast, and did a separeted one for the Led for the main to dont be to fully... Any hope main info are there...

You'll probably find that your USB charger can only supply enough current for 1 battery.

I thought about that also, so I supplyed by build from Lab Power Supply (made from old ATX), that is able to provide 5v/18A, and still the leds act the same.
maybe I will change the charging resistance of TP4056, I mean the defaut resistance of 1.2k.
