turn signal timer...

I have a '55 Plymouth for which I have mfgr'd custom tail light lens's. Since the lens's are not stock I have been thinking about something a little more fancy for the flashing than simply on-off.
Using an 1157 type lamp (dual intensity) how difficult would it be to build a timer that would sequence as follows: off-low-high-low-off...

Never mind... with a little research I found I need to use a decade counter.
