Thanks for that. I'm now getting quite comfortable with Linux. Installing codeblocks and the SDL libs was so much easier than in Windows. Having used SGI Unix systems many years ago, it is all coming back. Still not sure what I'm going to do with it. I think I may write a game (anyone remember spore on the C64). I can tell you one thing, I will not be using vim or emacs
- they (vi and emacs) bring back shivers.
