ultra budget class-d

Im picking a ultra budget class-d amplifier that i will connect to pc using my DAC. I have 4 ohm 3 way speakers, nothing fancy. Right now i am using a 35 year old Technics SU-600. Anything equal or better will be great.

1) I need bass knob to reduce bass at night when i listen to just podcast. This is absolute must. And on amp, not separate bass or software application. A physical knob :)
2) Must be 2 channel (not 2.1)
2) Will probably never need more than 30W per channel (neighbours), but in reality probably a lot less.
3) Compact, low idle power
4) Will mostly use for music, occasional youtube and game
5) Absolutely do not need Bluetooth, but don't mind if it's included.

My budget is around 100€ (100$). Reading some reviews i heard good things about this two. Is it worth paying some more for BT20A pro or just pick vanilla BT20A ? Trying to decide wiether i will be able to hear the difference on my speakers. Some other better alternative ?
