can anyone give me the schematic diagram of universal programmer to program atmel,pic,avr family microcontrollor chips with software.

For what? Pic, AVR ????

Without knowing what you are wanting to program I doubt anyone will be able to help.

sorry. that is a fantasy. no such thing as universal. it's one of the b*ll sh*t marketing terms that usually has a footnote that belies the word.
