I'm busy building an Arduino based IC tester which will test 4000, 74 series and ram chips.
To make sure the tester can handle gates that are faulty and draw high current I'm looking for a collection of faulty chips to test. Mainly ram chips (4116, 4164, 4464, 41464) , but 4000 and 74 series would also be good.
If you are in the repair business and have a collection of these (I've seen some posts where people collect them) that you want part with I would love to hear you.
