what are alternative to epson ic A2098, C6082

I found Epson printer ic A2098 and C6082 were shorted.These ic are not found in the market. Is there any alternative ic to replce these Epson ic? Please help
 
Yeah, good luck with that. How do you know they were shorted if you do not have data sheet?
 
What footprint are they in? C6082 might be op-amp uPCxxxx chips. Can you take a closeup shot on them?

Those are transistors:

A2098 = 2SA2098 PNP
C6082 = 2SC6082 NPN

Search them on internet for their datasheets. You can get equilvalance for them easily.

Not sure what is that thing on the leftmost. May be others can help.

I imagine just replacing those parts will result in a similar failure. You need to figure out what caused them to blow. Then again you might get lucky.
