What IC Maker is this? "Vortex" like Logo on a CD4046BD

I've looked thru a few databases of symbols and have not been able to find what made these...

Why, whats the problem? It's a PLL.

I have a bunch of these I want to sell off, and I am just kind of OCD about wanting to be able to list them with the manufacturer name vs "Mystery Parts".

It really doesn't matter.. Ti owns everyone anyway..

I first thought it was Harris... But Ti bought a company called CICLON and their logo was a cyclone.... But I cant confirm it..Ti have bought out so many , and those companies themselves acquiring other little companies... A mine field..
