What was your worst injury as a hobbyist?

I'll take treading on an opamp over treading on a UK mains plug barefoot any day!

I didn't realize that treading on opamps was the EE's equivalent of stepping on Lego bricks.

That said, I don't think the opamps in my parts drawer would do much damage given that most of my designs these days use SOIC packages.
