Your question is not clear on what you need. What is the source of the video signal ? application, video input, internet, antenna+receiver ? Where is the video signal "sent", to internet to video out, to another device, to application on PC ? What is the quality of the video signal? Where does BT comes in? You cannot send anything more then few fps of 320x200 low quality stream trough BT, do you want to use BT as "remote control" or ?
When you say "new pcb sample about pc" what do you mean, PCI card to put in PC, or PCI-e or separate device that will be connected to pc via usb/fw/bt ?
