Will the following ECG Circuit work? Urgent HELP needed , PLEASE!

At the output i will pass it through a 0.3 Hz high pass filter & then pass it through another filter that has a Gain =143. Will this design work ? I will use shielded coxial cables to connect to human body. Also what kind of comparator should i use then at the output of the last amplifier, so i can compare it , and then feed a PIC with a square wave ? Pin 5 on the AD620 will go to ground . I will also ground the shield wiring that is in the coxial cable

Will this design work ?

Depends on what you call "work". A square wave ECG can't tell you anything. It probably wouldn't even tell you with any certainty if the patient is alive or not.
