5 channel vu meter (for wall decoration)

I think a 5 channel vu meter would be awesome to have, and I really need some help making one. I found a schematic from an older thread on this site, and I would eventually like to make 5 of these, each with its own filter. I was wondering how I could incorporate this bandpass schematic with the preamp, but without changing the gain/any other element other than the frequency.

You could likely get some ideas from this circuit as to the filtering. I never tried the circuit but it may have some possibilities for your application.
