8520 SMD LED strip lights

Hi,

The other year we purchased some strip lights using the 8520 LEDs , which seemed very good and strong for our needs, but now unable to see any for sale other than from the far east.

Wondered if there was a reason they are not stocked more here in the UK/EU or if something has superceded them ?

"Can Be Cut" lol! That might be why

8520 is an old format. Plenty of newer LEDs on the market since then. Brighter, more efficient, better color index and cheaper.
billybob, what is unclear about being able to cut LED strips?
